Decide which type of multimedia package is most suitable for your presentation. Can you get away with a presentation package or do you require the more sophisticated facilities of an authoring package? When creating the screens for your presentation, save your work regularly and make a backup (perhaps by emailing a copy of your file to another email address) at least once a week.
