An easier
way to enter information in a database is to use a form.
A form just presents an individual record in a graphical format to make
entering, viewing and amending information easier.
- Open
your Task 2 database file
- Go to
Forms and choose Create form by using wizard
- Select
all the fields to be included.

- Choose
any style from the list
- Finish
the form by opening and entering information
